Marty says, “The minute my first black and white photo emerged in the darkroom tray back in 1973, I knew my life had completely changed. I had a feeling of awe and awakening I can still remember today. Photography has always been a spiritual practice for me."

Visible Mending

Join us for a hands-on workshop exploring the art of visible mending. This workshop is open to all sewing skill levels and no prior experience is needed. We'll learn and practice techniques such as patching, darning, and decorative reinforcement.
Along the way, we'll approach mending as a mindfulness practice, slowing down to care for our belongings, reduce waste, and honor the stories held in our garments.
Participants are encouraged to bring an item in need of repair.Additional fabrics, threads, and supplies will be provided.

Sound Bath
Friday, March 6, 11 am.
Join us for a restorative hour of healing vibrations! Beginning with vocal exercises and transitioning to 45 minutes of Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls, the sounds of this hour calm the sympathetic nervous system and stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system.
Participants can lie on the floor on mats or be seated in chairs.
